كما أن قمة الجنوب المنعقدة بالدوحة في حزيران/يونيه 2005، رفضت بدورها كل أشكال الإجراءات الاقتصادية الردعية، بما في ذلك العقوبات أحادية الجانب ضد البلدان النامية.
