24 - ويُذكر أنه بموجب الإجراءات التي أرستها الجمعية العامة في قراريها 41/213 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986 و 42/211 المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1987، يُنشأ صندوق للطوارئ لكل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات الإضافية المترتبة على ولايات تشريعية لم ترصد لها اعتمادات في الميزانية البرنامجية.

Under the circumstances, the Committee recommends that conference-servicing requirements be considered in the context of the review of the consolidated statement provided for in the procedures established by the General Assembly in its resolutions 41/213 and 42/211 regarding the use and operation of the contingency fund.
وعلى ذلك، توصي اللجنة بالنظر في متطلبات خدمة المؤتمرات في سياق استعراض البيان الموحد المنصوص عليه في الإجراءات التي أرستها الجمعية العامة في قراريها 41/213 و 42/211 بشأن استخدام وتشغيل صندوق الطوارئ.
