Encourages all Member States, organizations of the United Nations system and other relevant international organizations to consider promoting implementation of the recommendations contained in the report of the Independent Inquiry into the actions of the United Nations during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda;3
3 - تشجع جميع الدول الأعضاء ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وسائر المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة على النظر في تعزيز تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في تقرير التحقيق المستقل في الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الأمم المتحدة أثناء الإبادة الجماعية التي وقعت في رواندا في عام 1994()؛

5. Notes the report of the Independent Inquiry into the actions of the United Nations during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda (S/1999/1257, annex), submitted pursuant to the mandate given by the SecretaryGeneral and approved by the Security Council;

22. The report of the Independent Inquiry into the actions of the United Nations during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda (S/1999/1257) indicated that political interests were given priority over the need to respond to genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.
22- وقد أشار تقرير لجنة التحقيق المستقل في الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الأمم المتحدة أثناء عملية الإبادة الجماعية التي وقعت في رواندا في عام 1994 (الوثيقة S/1999/1257) إلى أن المصالح السياسية رُجِّحت على ضرورة الاستجابة للإبادة الجماعية، وجرائم الحرب، والتطهير العرقي، والجرائم المُرتكَبة ضد الإنسانية.

4. Encourages all Member States to seriously consider promoting the implementation of the recommendations contained in the report of the independent inquiry into the actions of the United Nations during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda,2 and also encourages all Member States to provide assistance to genocide survivors and other vulnerable groups in Rwanda in support of the present resolution;
4 - تشجع جميع الدول الأعضاء على أن تنظر بجدية في إمكانية تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في التقرير عن التحقيق المستقل في الإجراءات التي اتخذتها الأمم المتحدة أثناء الإبادة الجماعية التي وقعت في رواندا في عام 1994(2)، وتشجع أيضا جميع الدول الأعضاء على تقديم المساعدة للناجين من الإبادة الجماعية وغيرهم من الفئات المستضعفة في رواندا، دعما لهذا القرار؛
