Urges all Parties, and in particular developed country Parties, to provide technical and financial assistance, as appropriate, through existing and potential future bilateral and multilateral cooperative programmes to support the efforts of developing country Parties in implementing the set of actions referred to in paragraph 4 above;
6- يحث جميع الأطراف، وبخاصة الأطراف من البلدان المتقدمة، على تقديم المساعدة التقنية والمالية، بحسب الاقتضاء، عن طريق البرامج التعاونية الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف الحالية والمحتملة في المستقبل لدعم جهود البلدان النامية الأطراف في تنفيذ مجموعة الإجراءات المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 أعلاه؛

Support provided for implementing each of the actions referred to in paragraph 5 (a) above.

In accordance with national circumstances, developing country Parties aiming to undertake actions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall develop:
