وإنه يجب النظر بجدية إلى الاقتراح الداعي إلى عقد مؤتمر رفيع المستوى برعاية الأمم المتحدة من أجل وضع رد دولي على الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله وصوره.

To reaffirm its condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of the motives and justifications, and to reject the confusion of terrorism with the noble religion of Islam which promotes the values of tolerance and repudiate terrorism and extremism;

106. The proposed high-level conference under United Nations auspices should formulate a jointly organized response by the international community to terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
106- وأضاف أن المؤتمر رفيع المستوى المقترح عقده برعاية الأمم المتحدة يجب أن يصوغ ردا مشتركا من قبل المجتمع الدولي على الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله وصوره.

10 - إدانة الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله وصوره والإعراب عن التعاطف الشديد والتأييد للبلدان التي وقعت ضحية للهجمات الإرهابية، ومواصلة الجهود الرامية لاستئصال هذا الوباء العالمي، مع أهمية التفريق بينه وبين المقاومة المشروعة ضد الاحتلال.
