Please indicate whether there is any policy that obliges the Government of Paraguay to consult organizations of persons with disabilities when adopting legislation and policies that are inclusive of persons with disabilities, and in related decision-making forums.

III. Perceptions of disability among indigenous peoples
ثالثا - مفهوم الإعاقة لدى الشعوب الأصلية

As a first " fast track " , ESS agreed on the minimum European health module as a minimum measurement to be used for measuring disability in general population surveys.
