أن تعد الأمانة تقريراً عن أنشطة المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم ومراكز اتفاقية استكهولم المرشحة لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السادس.

The Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres and the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres were invited to submit project proposals addressing the joint implementation of the conventions.

The overall status of submission of workplans by the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres and the nominated Stockholm Convention centre is summarized in annex I to the present note.
7 - ويرد في المرفق الأول بهذه المذكرة وصف للوضع العام لتقديم خطط العمل من جانب المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم ومركز اتفاقية استكهولم المرشح.

Requests the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres to submit to the Secretariat their workplans for the biennium 2014 - 2015 by 30 September 2013;
3 - يطلب إلى المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم أن تقدم إلى الأمانة خطط عملها لفترة السنتين 2014 - 2015 قبل 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013؛

Endorses for a second period of four years the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and the transfer of technology listed in annex I to the present decision and decides to reconsider pursuant to decision SC-3/12 their status as regional or subregional centres under the Convention at its eighth meeting;
7 - يوافق لفترة ثانية مدتها أربع سنوات على المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا المدرجة في المرفق الأول بهذا المقرر، ويقرر أن يعيد النظر في اجتماعه الثامن، عملاً بالمقرر ا س - 3/12، في وضعها كمراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية تابعة للاتفاقية؛

Requests the Secretariat to prepare a report on the activities of the Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres and the nominated Stockholm Convention centres for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting.
13- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد تقريراً عن أنشطة المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم والمراكز المرشحة لاتفاقية استكهولم لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السابع.

1. Takes note of the situation of the Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres and all the differences between Basel Convention regional and coordinating centres and Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres;
1 - يحيط علماً بحالة المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل وجميع الفروق بين المراكز الإقليمية والتنسيقية لاتفاقية بازل والمراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم؛

Consideration could also be give to coordination of Stockholm Convention regional and subregional centres with the existing UNEP Compliance Assistance Programme, which implements the Montreal Protocol work on compliance assistance through the UNEP regional offices.
78 - ويمكن النظر أيضاً في التنسيق بين المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم وبرنامج مساعدات الامتثال الساري لدى برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة الذي سيتحمل عمل بروتوكول مونتريال بشأن مساعدات الامتثال من خلال المكاتب الإقليمية لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة.

3. Demande aux Centres régionaux et sous-régionaux de la Convention de Stockholm de présenter au Secrétariat leurs plans de travail pour l'exercice biennal 20142015 avant le 30 septembre 2013;
3 - يطلب إلى المراكز الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية لاتفاقية استكهولم أن توافي الأمانة بخطط عملها لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 في موعد أقصاه 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013؛
