وسوف يكفل الاتحاد الأوروبي أن تكون سياسات الهجرة متسقة مع صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية.

It also welcomes the efforts being made to provide training to judges in the applicable international human rights standards.
وترحب اللجنة أيضا بالجهود المبذولة لتوفير التدريب للقضاة في مجال معايير حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية.

States shall observe international standards, in particular the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 applicable international human rights standards and international humanitarian law, for the protection of civilian populations in circumstances of emergency and armed conflict, and shall not:
وتراعي الدول المعايير الدولية، وبخاصة اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949 معايير حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية والقانون الإنساني الدولي الساري، من أجل حماية السكان المدنيين في ظروف الطوارئ والنزاعات المسلحة، وتمتنع عما يلي:

" 3. Calls upon States to review their national legislation to ensure that any national security, State security, counter-terrorism or similar laws are compatible with the provisions of international humanitarian law and applicable international human rights instruments " ,
" 3 - تهيب بالدول استعراض تشريعاتها الوطنية بغرض كفالة اتساق أي من القوانين الوطنية المتعلقة بالأمن الوطني، وأمن الدولة، ومكافحة الإرهاب، وغيرها من القوانين المماثلة، مع أحكام القانون الإنساني الدولي وصكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية " ، بالفقرة التالية:

States shall observe [applicable international human rights standards and international humanitarian law,] [international standards, in particular the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949,] for the protection of civilian populations in circumstances of emergency and armed conflict, and shall not:
وتراعي الدول [معايير حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية والقانون الإنساني الدولي الساري،] [المعايير الدولية، وبخاصة اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949] من أجل حماية السكان المدنيين في ظروف الطوارئ والنزاعات المسلحة، وتمتنع عما يلي:

(e) To strengthen its efforts to ensure the rule of law by bringing legislation more into line with the Constitution and into conformity with the applicable international human rights instruments to which the Sudan is a party, and to ensure that all individuals in its territory enjoy fully the rights recognized in those instruments;
(ه) تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى ضمان سيادة القانون بجعل التشريع أكثر انسجاماً مع الدستور وصكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية التي انضم إليها السودان، والعمل على أن يتمتع جميع الأفراد الموجودين في أراضيه تمتعاً تاماً بالحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الصكوك؛

(f) To continue to strengthen its efforts to ensure the rule of law by bringing legislation more into line with the Constitution and into conformity with the applicable international human rights instruments to which the Sudan is a party, and to ensure that all individuals in its territory enjoy fully the rights recognized in those instruments;
(و) مواصلة تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى ضمان سيادة القانون بجعل التشريعات أكثر انسجاما مع الدستور وتمشيا مع صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية التي تكون جمهورية السودان طرفا فيها، وكفالة تمتع جميع الأفراد الموجودين في أراضيه تمتعا تاما بالحقوق المعترف بها في تلك الصكوك؛

(e) Advance cooperation in the areas of extradition, mutual legal assistance and law enforcement, as well as the effective use of tools and programmes to enhance cooperation efforts, consistent with relevant and applicable international human rights obligations and in accordance with their national legislation;
(ﻫ) أن تدفع مسار التعاون في مجالات تبادل المساعدة القانونية وإنفاذ القوانين، وكذلك الاستفادة الفعّالة من الأدوات والبرامج الرامية إلى تعزيز جهود التعاون، بما يتّسق مع التزامات حقوق الإنسان الدولية السارية ذات الصلة، ووفقا لتشريعاتها الوطنية؛
