31. The Working Group reiterates that the implementation of the right to development requires growth with equity, with the human person as the central subject of development, and that a rightsbased approach to economic growth and development contributes to the realization of the right to development.
31- ويكرر الفريق العامل أن إعمال الحق في التنمية يتطلب اقتران النمو بالإنصاف، بحيث يكون الإنسان هو الموضوع الرئيسي للتنمية، وأن اتباع نهج قائم على الحقوق إزاء النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الاقتصادية يساهم في إعمال الحق في التنمية.
