It also recommends that the State party undertake systematic ongoing education and training programmes on the provisions of the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children, such as judges, lawyers, law enforcement officials, civil servants, teachers, health personnel including psychologists, and social workers.
كما توصي بأن تضطلع الدولة الطرف ببرامج توعية وتدريب مستمرة بشأن أحكام الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية العاملة لأجل الأطفال ومعهم، ومن هؤلاء مثلاً، القضاة، والمحامون، وموظفو إنفاذ القانون، وموظفو الخدمة المدنية، والمدرسون، والموظفون الصحيون، بمن فيهم الأخصائيون النفسيون، والأخصائيون الاجتماعيون.

(a) The State party define a structure for the coordination of the implementation of the Convention for all children in the State party;
(أ) قيام الدولة الطرف بتحديد هياكل تهدف إلى تنسيق إجراءات تنفيذ الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الأطفال في الدولة الطرف؛

15. Calls on States parties to ensure the full implementation of articles 7 and 8 of the Convention for all indigenous children, by, inter alia:

It recommended that the State strengthen its efforts to ensure that the provisions of the Convention are widely known and understood by adults and children alike and continue its systematic education and training on the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children.
وأوصت اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها للتأكد من أن أحكام الاتفاقية معروفة على نطاق واسع ويفهمها الكبير والصغير على حد سواء. كما أوصتها بمواصلة توفير التثقيف والتدريب المنتظمين بشأن الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الأوساط المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم(16).

475. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to ensure that the provisions of the Convention are widely known and understood by adults and children alike and continue its systematic education and training on the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children, including parliamentarians, law enforcement officials, teachers, as well as children and their parents.
475- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها للتأكد من أن أحكام الاتفاقية معروفة على نطاق واسع ويفهمها الكبير والصغير على حد سواء، وتوصيها بمواصلة توفير التثقيف والتدريب المنتظمين بشأن الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الأوساط المهنية التي تعمل مع الطفل ولصالحه، بمن في ذلك البرلمانيون وموظفو إنفاذ القانون والمعلمون، فضلاً عن الأطفال وذويهم.

47. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to raise awareness by undertaking systematic education and training on the provisions of the Convention for all groups working for and with children, in particular parliamentarians, judges, magistrates, lawyers, law enforcement officials, civil servants, personnel working in institutions and places of detention for children, teachers, health personnel and social workers.
47- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها لرفع مستوى الوعي عن طريق الاضطلاع بأنشطة تثقيف وتدريب منتظمة فيما يتعلق بأحكام الاتفاقية لصالح جميع الفئات العاملة مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، ولا سيّما البرلمانيين، والقضاة، والمحامين، وموظفي إنفاذ القانون، وموظفي الخدمة المدنية، والعاملين في مؤسسات احتجاز الأطفال، والمعلمين، والعاملين في مجال الصحّة، والمرشدين الاجتماعيين.

In addition, it recommends that the State party undertake systematic education and training programmes on the provisions of the Convention for all professional groups working for and with children, such as civil servants, teachers, social workers, health personnel (including psychologists), judges, lawyers and law-enforcement officials.

(b) Carry out systematic education and training on the principles and provisions of the Convention for all professionals working with and for children, in particular teachers, judges, parliamentarians, law enforcement officials, civil servants, municipal workers, personnel working in institutions and places of detention for children, health personnel, including psychologists, and social workers.
(ب) الاضطلاع بأنشطة تثقيفية وتدريبية منهجية بشأن مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية لصالح جميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، وبخاصة المدرّسون، والقضاة، والبرلمانيون، والموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القوانين، وموظفو الخدمة المدنية، والعاملون في البلديات، والعاملون في المؤسسات ومراكز الاحتجاز الخاصة بالأطفال، والموظفون في المجال الصحي بمن فيهم الأطباء النفسانيون، والمرشدون الاجتماعيون.
