Articles related to implementation also deal with the secretariat of the Conference of the Parties, training and technical assistance, and measures for the implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance.
كما أن المواد المتعلقة بالتنفيذ تتناول أمانة مؤتمر اﻷطراف، والتدريب والمساعدة التقنية، والتدابير الخاصة بتنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال التنمية الاقتصادية والمساعدة التقنية.

In accordance with article 33 of the Organized Crime Convention, the Secretariat is to assist the Conference in carrying out the activities set forth in article 32, namely, inter alia, facilitating activities by States parties under articles 29 to 31 on training and technical assistance, implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance, and prevention.
تقضي المادة 33 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة بأن تساعد الأمانةُ المؤتمرَ على تنفيذ الأنشطة المبينة في المادة 32، ومن ضمنها تيسير ما تقوم به الدول الأطراف من أنشطة بمقتضى المواد 29 إلى 31، المتعلقة بالتدريب والمساعدة التقنية، وتنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال التنمية الاقتصادية والمساعدة التقنية، والمنع.

The United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (General Assembly resolution 55/25, annex I) contains several technical assistance provisions, in particular in articles 29 (Training and technical assistance) and 30 (Other measures: implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance).
1- تشتمل اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية (قرار الجمعية العامة 55/25، المرفق الأول) على عدة أحكام تتعلق بالمساعدة التقنية، خاصة في المادة 29 (التدريب والمساعدة التقنية) والمادة 30 (تدابير أخرى: تنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال التنمية الاقتصادية والمساعدة التقنية).

(a) Facilitating activities by States Parties under articles [...] [Training and technical assistance], [...] [Other measures: implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance] and [...] [Prevention] of this Convention, including by encouraging the mobilization of voluntary contributions;
(أ) تيسير الأنشطة التي تقوم بها الدول الأطراف بمقتضى المواد [...] [التدريب والمساعدة التقنية] و [...] [التدابير الأخرى: تنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال التنمية الاقتصادية والمساعدة التقنية] و [...] [المنع] من هذه الاتفاقية، بوسائل منها تشجيع حشد التبرعات؛

The consistency group decided to recommend that chapter VI begin with article 74 (Training and technical assistance), followed by article 73 (Collection, exchange and analysis of information on corruption) and article 75 (Other measures: implementation of the Convention through economic development and technical assistance), so that the order in which the articles appeared would be reflected in the title of the chapter.
19- قرّر فريق الاتساق أن يوصي بأن يبدأ الفصل السادس بالمادة 74 (التدريب والمساعدة التقنية)، تليها المادة 73 (جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالفساد وتبادلها وتحليلها) ثم المادة 75 (تدابير أخرى: تنفيذ الاتفاقية من خلال التنمية الاقتصادية والمساعدة التقنية)، لكي يكون عنوان الفصل مجسدا للترتيب الذي ترد به المواد.
