This Commission, established under the Agreement on Social and Economic Aspects and the Agrarian Situation, was set up in 1997 and is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of the education reform.

The Mission appreciates the fact that, in the Agreement on Social and Economic Aspects and the Agrarian Situation, the Government undertook to establish and apply flexible judicial or non-judicial procedures for the settlement of disputes relating to land.
وترحب البعثة بتعهد الحكومة، في إطار الاتفاق المتعلق بالجوانب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والحالة الزراعية، بالالتزام بوضع إجراءات قضائية أو غير قضائية مرنة وتطبيقها من أجل إنهاء الخلافات المتعلقة باﻷراضي.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Agreement on Social and Economic Aspects and Agrarian Situation, the Government shall accord priority to the following activities:
