B. Constitutional reforms included in the Agreement on the Strengthening of Civilian Power and on the Role of the Armed Forces in a Democratic Society
باء - التعديلات الدستورية الواردة في الاتفاق المتعلق بتعزيز السلطة المدنية ودور الجيش في مجتمع ديمقراطي

Changes must be made to ensure the necessary structural transformations, the basic outlines of which are contained in the Peace Agreements, particularly the Agreement on the Strengthening of Civilian Power.
