(ز) تشـــير اللجنـــة إلى أنها، وفقـــا للفقــرة 7 من قرار الجمعية العامة 2819 (د-26)، ستنظر في المسائل الناشئة عن تنفيذ الاتفاق المعقود بين الأمم المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن مقر الأمم المتحدة، وستخطر البلد المضيف بها؛

(h) The Committee recalls that, in accordance with paragraph 7 of General Assembly resolution 2819 (XXVI), the Committee shall consider, and advise the host country on, issues arising in connection with the implementation of the Agreement between the United Nations and the United States of America regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations;
(ح) وتشير اللجنــــة إلى أنــه، وفقـــــا للفقرة 7 من قرار الجمعية العامة 2819 (د - 26)، تنظر اللجنة في المسائل الناشئة عن تنفيذ الاتفاق المعقود بين الأمم المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بشأن مقر الأمم المتحدة وتسدي المشورة للبلد المضيف بشأنها؛
