B. The General Assembly should request the Secretary-General to formulate an additional minimum standard requirement in the Guiding Principles on Internal Displacement (E/CN.4/1998/53/Add.2), complementing those currently provided for, in order to ensure that the disaster-affected population has access to information-sharing and radio and telecommunication tools to have adequate humanitarian information.
