The representative of the Secretariat, speaking on behalf of the Bureau, reported that the Bureau of the Fifteenth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol had approved the credentials of the representatives of 74 Parties out of the 113 represented at the First Extraordinary Meeting of the Parties.
14- ذكر ممثل الأمانة، وهو يتحدث نيابة عن أعضاء المكتب، أن مكتب الاجتماع الخامس عشر للأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال قد وافق على وثائق تفويض 74 طرفاً وذلك من بين 113 طرفاً ممثلين في الاجتماع الاستثنائي الأول للأطراف.

The representative of New Zealand reminded the meeting that at the First Extraordinary Meeting of the Parties his country had reserved its right to make use of the emergency provisions set out in decision IX/7, but in fact had not done so and did not now expect to.
أما ممثل نيوزيلندا فقد ذكَّر الاجتماع بأنه أثناء الاجتماع الاستثنائي الأول للأطراف كان بلده قد احتفظ بحقه في استخدام أحكام الطوارئ الواردة في المقرر 9/7، ولكن في الحقيقة لم يفعل ذلك وأنه لا يتوقع استخدامها حالياً.
