3- وطلبت الجمعية العامة، في القرار 61/102، المعتمد بدون تصويت في 6 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006، إلى الأمين العام، في جملة أمور، مواصلة تقديم المساعدة اللازمة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وتوفير ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها.

By resolution 60/96, adopted without a vote on 5 January 2006, the General Assembly requested the United Nations Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review Conferences.
1- طلبت الجمعية العامة، بقرارها 60/96 الذي اعتمد دون تصويت في 5 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يواصل تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها.

By resolution 67/77, adopted without a vote on 3 December 2012, the General Assembly, inter alia, requested the Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review conferences.
2- وطلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 67/77 المعتمد دون تصويت في 3 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2012، في جملة أمور أخرى، أن يواصل الأمين العام تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها.

By resolution 66/65, adopted without a vote on 2 December 2011, the General Assembly, inter alia, requested the Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review conferences.
2- وطلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 66/65 المعتمد دون تصويت في 2 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2011 أن يواصل الأمين العام تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها.

By resolution 65/92, adopted without a vote on 8 December 2010, the General Assembly requested the United Nations Secretary-General to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review Conferences.
1- طلبت الجمعية العامة، بقرارها 65/92 الذي اعتمد دون تصويت في 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يواصل تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها.

The basis for this is the annual General Assembly resolution on the BWC (most recently 65/92) which requests the UN Secretary-General " to continue to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments and to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review Conferences " .
ويستند ذلك إلى قرار الجمعية العامة السنوي بشأن اتفاقية الأسلحة البيولوجية، (آخر قرار هو 65/92) الذي يطلب إلى الأمين العام " أن يواصل تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها " .

Documentation services are provided for BWC meetings by the United Nations, on the basis of the annual General Assembly resolution (most recently A/RES/67/77), which requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations " to render the necessary assistance to the depositary Governments of the Convention " and " to provide such services as may be required for the implementation of the decisions and recommendations of the Review conferences " .
وتقدم الأمم المتحدة خدمات الوثائق إلى اجتماعات اتفاقية الأسلحة البيولوجية، على أساس القرار السنوي للجمعية العامة (وآخره القرار 67/77)، الذي يطلب إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يقدم " ما يلزم من مساعدة إلى الحكومات الوديعة للاتفاقية، وأن يوفر ما قد يلزم من خدمات لتنفيذ مقررات المؤتمرات الاستعراضية وتوصياتها " .
