65. Action: The SBI will be invited to complete its consideration of the second review of the Adaptation Fund and recommend a draft decision on this matter for consideration and adoption at CMP 10.
65- الإجراء: ستُدعى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ إلى إكمال نظرها في الاستعراض الثاني لصندوق التكيف والتوصية بمشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف/ اجتماع الأطراف ويعتمده في دورته العاشرة.

2. The scope of the second review of the Adaptation Fund will cover the progress made to date and lessons learned in the operationalization and implementation of the Fund, and will focus on, inter alia:

5. Decides to extend the interim institutional arrangements of the secretariat of the Adaptation Fund Board, as provided by decision 1/CMP.3, until the completion of the second review of the Adaptation Fund in 2014;
٥- يقرر تمديد الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة لأمانة مجلس صندوق التكيف، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المقرر ١/م أإ-٣، إلى حين إنجاز الاستعراض الثاني لصندوق التكيف عام ٢٠١٤؛

Also recalling decision 4/CMP.8, paragraph 10, requesting the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to initiate the second review of the Adaptation Fund in accordance with the terms of reference contained in the annex to decision 6/CMP.6, or as these guidelines may be subsequently amended,
وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى الفقرة 10 من المقرر 4/م أإ-8 التي طُلب فيها إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تبدأ في الاستعراض الثاني لصندوق التكيف وفقاً للاختصاصات الواردة في مرفق المقرر ٦/م أإ-٦، أو وفقاً للتعديلات التي قد تُدخل على هذه المبادئ التوجيهية لاحقاً،

Also requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to consider the second review of the Adaptation Fund at its fortieth session, with a view to recommending a draft decision for consideration and adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its tenth session;
5- يطلب أيضاً إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تنظر في الاستعراض الثاني لصندوق التكيف في دورتها الأربعين، بغية التوصية بمشروع مقرر لكي ينظر فيه ويعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو في دورته العاشرة؛
