8- إذا كان الاستعراض المعجل لإعادة الأهلية يتعلق بتقديم تقدير منقح لجزء من قائمة جرد طرف سبق وأن انطبق عليه تعديل، يحدد فريق خبراء الاستعراض ما إذا كان التقدير المنقح قد أُعد وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية التي وضعها الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ كما بلورتها توجيهات الممارسة السليمة التي وضعها ذلك الفريق أو ما إذا كانت المعلومات الجديدة تؤيد التقدير الأصلي للانبعاثات المقدم من الطرف.
