Having carefully reviewed all aspects of this request, the Executive Secretary has concluded that no correction of Governing Council decision 97 is necessary and that no action pursuant to article 41 of the Rules is warranted with regard to the claim in question.
وبعد الاضطلاع باستعراض دقيق لكافة جوانب هذا الطلب خلص الأمين التنفيذي إلى عدم وجود ضرورة لإدخال أي تصويب على مقرر مجلس الإدارة 97 وإلى عدم وجود مبرر لاتخاذ أي إجراء بموجب المادة 41 من القواعد فيما يخص المطالبة المعنية.
