Further recognizing that recent developments in both global and domestic economic environment as well as the emerging trend towards inter-dependence among developing countries, including Islamic countries, have spurred economic collaboration and integration;
وإذ يدرك أيضا أن التطورات الأخيرة التي طرأت مؤخرا على البيئتين الاقتصاديتين العالمية والمحلية وكذا اليوجهات الناشئة التي تنحو منحى الاعتماد المتبادل بين البلدان النامية، بما فيها البلدان الإسلامية، قد حفزت على التعاون والتكامل الاقتصاديين،

The strategy will focus on providing greater technical support to member States and the Central African regional economic communities with a view to improving their capacities for economic analysis, including sectoral development and regional integration, particularly in areas of priority to Central Africa.
وستركز الاستراتيجية على تقديم قدر أكبر من الدعم التقني للدول الأعضاء وللجماعتين الاقتصاديتين الإقليميتين في وسط أفريقيا بهدف تحسين قدراتها على التحليل الاقتصادي بما في ذلك التنمية القطاعية، والتكامل الإقليمي، ولا سيما في المجالات ذات الأولوية لوسط أفريقيا.
