Project participants shall submit to an accredited independent entity a report in accordance with the monitoring plan on reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks that have already occurred.
36- يقدم المشاركون في المشروع إلى كيان مستقل معتمد تقريرا، وفقا لخطة الرصد، عن خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي حدثت بالفعل.

Project participants shall submit to an accredited independent entity a report in accordance with the monitoring plan on reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks that have already occurred.
36- يقدم المشاركون في المشروع إلى كيان مستقل معتمد تقريراً، وفقاً لخطة الرصد، عن خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي حدثت بالفعل.

USD 0.10 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for the first 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`1` 0.1 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون لتخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع بالنسبة لأوّل 000 15 طن مكافئ لثاني أكسيد الكربون ناتج عن المشروع المعني خلال سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

USD 0.20 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for any amount in excess of 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`2` 0.2 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون لتخفيضـات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطـة البواليـع لأي مقـدار يتجاوز 000 15 طن من مكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون ناتـج عن المشروع المعني في سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

Information used to determine whether reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional, to describe the baseline methodology and its application, and to support an environmental impact assessment shall not be considered as proprietary or confidential.
أما المعلومات التي تستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية، ولوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها، ولتأييد أحد التقديرات للأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرية.

Information used to determine whether reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional, describe the baseline methodology and its application, and/or support an environmental impact assessment, shall not be considered proprietary or confidential.
أما المعلومات التي تُستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية أو لوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها أو لتأييد الأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تُعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرّية.

The host Party may determine that a lower amount of ERUs shall be issued than the actual reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks achieved by the activity.
50- ويمكن أن يقرر الطرف المضيف إصدار كمية أقل من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات عوضاً عن التخفيضات الفعلية في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ عن طريق البواليع التي يحققها النشاط.

The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph 36 above, make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph 33 above.
37- يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 36 أعلاه، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 33 أعلاه.

++ The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph , make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with Appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph .
34- ++ يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 33، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 30.

37- يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 36 أعلاه، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 33 أعلاه.

The determination regarding reported reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three of the members of the Article 6 supervisory committee request a review by the Article 6 supervisory committee.
39- يعتبر القرار المتعلق بالتخفيضات المبلغ عنها في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع نهائياً بعد 15 يوما من التاريخ الذي أتيح فيه لعامة الجمهور، ما لم يطلب طرف مشارك في المشروع أو ثلاثة أعضاء من اللجنة الإشرافية المنشأة في إطار المادة 6 إجراء استعراض من جانب اللجنة الإشرافية المنشأة في إطار المادة 6.

The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of the monitoring report, verify that the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by the activity participants have been conducted in accordance with these modalities and procedures, as further elaborated by the governing body and, as applicable, by the host Party.
46- ويتحقق الكيان المستقل المعتمد عند تلقيه تقرير الرصد من أن عمليات خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المُبلّغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في النشاط قد تمت وفقاً لهذه الطرائق والإجراءات على النحو الذي تُفصَّله الهيئة الإدارية والطرف المضيف عند الاقتضاء.

The governing body shall issue ERUs based on the verification of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks by the accredited independent entity, unless the host Party or at least three members of the governing body request a review within 15 days of the verification being made publicly available through the secretariat.
48- وتصدر الهيئة الإدارية وحدات خفض الانبعاثات على أساس عملية التحقق من خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي اضطلع بها الكيان المستقل المعتمد ما لم يطلب الطرف المضيف أو ثلاثة أعضاء على الأقل من الهيئة الإدارية إجراء استعراض في غضون 15 يوماً من التاريخ الذي أُتيح فيه لعامة الجمهور عن طريق الأمانة الاطلاع على عملية التحقق.

The determination regarding reported reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three of the members of the Article 6 Supervisory Committee request a review by the Article 6 Supervisory Committee.
39- يعتبر القرار المتعلق بالتخفيضات المبلغ عنها في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع نهائياً بعد 15 يوما من التاريخ الذي أتيح فيه لعامة الجمهور، ما لم يطلب طرف مشارك في المشروع أو ثلاثة أعضاء من اللجنة الإشرافية المنشأة في إطار المادة 6 إجراء استعراض من جانب اللجنة الإشرافية المنشأة في إطار المادة 6.

++ Where it is considered to meet the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph 18 above, a host Party may verify reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks from an Article 6 project as being additional to any that would otherwise occur, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 (b).
20- ++ حيثما اعتبر أن طرفا مضيفا يفي باشتراطات الأهلية الواردة في الفقرة 18 أعلاه، جاز له أن يتحقق من تخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع من مشروع ينفذ في إطار المادة 6 على أنها إضافة لأية تخفيضات يمكن أن تحدث خلاف ذلك، وفقا للفقرة 1(ب) من المادة 6.

Where it is considered to meet the eligibility requirements set out in paragraph above, a host Party may verify reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks from an Article 6 project as being additional to any that would otherwise occur, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 (b).
23- حيثما اعتبر أن طرفا مضيفا يفي باشتراطات الأهلية الواردة في الفقرة 21 أعلاه، جاز له أن يتحقق من تخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع من مشروع ينفذ في إطار المادة 6 باعتبارها إضافة لأية تخفيضات يمكن أن تحدث خلاف ذلك، وفقا للفقرة 1(ب) من المادة 6.
