3. Expresses deep concern that certain perpetrators persist in committing violations and abuses against children in situations of armed conflict in open disregard of its resolutions on the matter, and in this regard:
3 - يعرب عن بالغ القلق إزاء تمادي بعض الأطراف في ارتكاب الانتهاكات والتجاوزات ضد الأطفال في حالات النـزاع المسلح، في تجاهل سافر لقراراته بشأن هذه المسألة، وفي هذا الصدد:

(iii) To raise awareness of and support the Government's action to pursue and bring to justice perpetrators of all violations and abuses committed against children and provide an adequate response in order to put an end to impunity in Burundi;
' 3` التوعية بما تقوم به الحكومة من إجراءات ودعمها بغية ملاحقة مرتكبي جميع الانتهاكات والتجاوزات ضد الأطفال وتقديمهم للعدالة واتخاذ تدابير ملائمة لوضع حد لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب في بوروندي؛

(g) Further urging the Government to establish an effective vetting mechanism to ensure that no perpetrators are integrated or recruited into the national armed and security forces and to systematically withdraw all perpetrators of violations and abuses committed against children from its forces, irrespective of their rank, and to hold them accountable;
(ز) حث الحكومة كذلك على إنشاء آلية فعالة للفرز للتأكد من عدم دمج أو تجنيد أي من مرتكبي الجرائم في القوات المسلحة وقوات الأمن الوطنية، والقيام على نحو منهجي بسحب جميع مرتكبي الانتهاكات والتجاوزات ضد الأطفال من القوات التابعة لها، بصرف النظر عن رتبهم، وإخضاعهم للمساءلة؛

B. Prevention of violations and abuses against children

(iv) End impunity for violations of international humanitarian law and violations and abuses of human rights and bring to justice those who have committed or are otherwise responsible for such violations and abuses against children in the Syrian Arab Republic;

On 19 September, the Security Council held an open debate on children and armed conflict with a special focus on accountability for perpetrators of violations and abuses against children in armed conflict.

5. Reiterates its call upon the Working Group on Children and Armed Conflict, with the support of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict, to consider, within one year, a broad range of options for increasing pressure on persistent perpetrators of violations and abuses against children in situations of armed conflict;

21. 21 - يوعـز إلى الفريق العامل المعني بالأطفال والنـزاع المسلح أن يقوم، بدعم من الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام المعنية بالأطفال والنـزاع المسلح، وفي غضون سنة، بالنظر في مجموعة واسعة من الخيارات التي يمكن من خلالها ممارسة مزيد من الضغط على من يتمادى في ارتكاب الانتهاكات والتجاوزات ضد الأطفال في حالات النـزاع المسلح؛

Expresses deep concern that certain perpetrators persist in committing violations and abuses against children in situations of armed conflict in open disregard of its resolutions on the matter, and in this regard: ... (b) Reiterates its readiness to adopt targeted and graduated measures against persistent perpetrators, taking into account relevant provisions of its resolutions 1539 (2004), 1612 (2005), 1882 (2009) and 1998 (2011);

(ii) To make every effort to pursue and bring to justice perpetrators of all violations and abuses committed against children and provide an adequate response, while also making every effort to protect victims, witnesses and individuals reporting crimes perpetrated against children, in line with the United Nations guidelines for justice involving child victims and witnesses of crimes, in order to put an end to impunity in Burundi;
' 2` على بذل قصارى جهدها لتقديم مرتكبي جميع الانتهاكات والتجاوزات ضد الأطفال للعدالة واتخاذ تدابير ملائمة، والعمل في الوقت ذاته على بذل قصارى جهدها أيضا لحماية الضحايا والشهود والأفراد الذين يبلغون عن الجرائم المرتكبة ضد الأطفال، تمشيا مع المبادئ التوجيهية للأمم المتحدة بشأن العدالة التي تشمل الأطفال من ضحايا الجرائم والشهود عليها، بغرض وضع حد لظاهرة الإفلات من العقاب في بوروندي؛
