33- فيما يخص الموارد اللازمة لتيسير الانطلاقة السريعة لآلية التنمية النظيفة في الفترة 2002-2003، والتي تضاف إلى الموارد المنصوص عليها في الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين 2002-2003، قام المجلس بما يلي:

The COP, by its decision 38/CP.7, provided an initial estimate of the resource requirements to facilitate the prompt start of the CDM during the biennium 2002 - 2003, amounting to USD 6.8 million.
78- ووضع مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 38/م أ-7، تقديراًَ أولياً للاحتياجات من الموارد لتيسير الانطلاقة السريعة لآلية التنمية النظيفة خلال فترة السنتين 2002-2003، بمبلغ قدره 6.8 ملايين دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة.

To commend the Executive Board for the successful operationalization of the prompt start of the clean development mechanism, in particular through the progress made on accreditation and the approval of methodologies, and for its efforts relating to the implementation of rules 26 and 27 of the rules of procedure by providing for dialogue with constituencies and the exchange of information with the public;
