The main topics had been: (a) guiding and monitoring analytical research on competition law and policy; (b) holding consultations on issues related to the application of the United Nations Set of Multilaterally Agreed Principles and Rules for the Control of Restrictive Business Practices; and (c) reviewing UNCTAD's technical cooperation programmes in this field.
