7. “Perfidy” means, without prejudice to the rules of international law applicable in armed conflict at sea or in the air, any acts of inviting the confidence of an adversary to lead him to believe that he is entitled to, or is obliged to accord, protection under the rules of international law applicable in armed conflict, with intent to betray that confidence.
٧ - يقصد بمصطلح " الغدر " ومع عدم اﻹخلال بقواعد القانون الدولي المطبقة على الصراع المسلح في البحر أو في الجو، أي أعمال يقصد بها كسب ثقة طرف معاد وحمله على الاعتقاد أنه يتمتع بالحماية، وأنه ملزم بمنح الحماية، بموجب قواعد القانون الدولي المطبقة على الصراع المسلح، وذلك بقصد خيانة تلك الثقة.

1. This Protocol relates to the use on land or transfer of mines other than anti-personnel mines, including such mines laid to interdict beaches, waterway crossings or river crossings, but does not apply to the use of anti-ship mines at sea or in inland waterways.
