" 1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

١٩٩٤/٢٩٨ - حـق الدول غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر

" 1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked developing countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان النامية غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

6. General Assembly resolution 46/212 reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law.
٦ - يؤكد قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/٢١٢ مجددا حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل وفقا للقانون الدولي.
