It should further be pointed out that an amount of Euro50,568 was saved under the budget line " Judges' annual allowances " owing to the resignation of one judge and the death of another during the period in question.
وتنبغي الإشارة كذلك إلى توفير مبلغ 568 50 يورو تحت بند الميزانية " البدلات السنوية للقضاة " بسبب استقالة أحد القضاة ووفاة آخر خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير.

These overexpenditures were due to an increase in the daily subsistence allowance fixed by the United Nations and the application of the floor/ceiling mechanism to the annual allowance and special allowance of the judges of the Tribunal according to the decisions of the fifteenth Meeting of States Parties, as set out in the documents SPLOS/132 and SPLOS/133.
