20. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that violation of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities be explicitly prohibited and criminalized in the Criminal Code.
20- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بضمان تحريم القانون الجنائي وتجريمه صراحة لانتهاك أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في الأعمال القتالية.
