According to the Regulations Regarding Control of goods of Strategic Significance there is a specific export control of the abovementioned articles.

An undertaking shall receive a license for each transaction of export, import or transit of goods of strategic significance.

This provision is mirrored in article 14 of the Law on the Control of Dual Use Goods and Military Goods which sets the penalties for this kind of offence.
