The Committee observes that according to rule 96 (c), of the Committee's rules of procedure, applicable to communications received by the Committee after 1 January 2012, the Committee shall ascertain that the communication does not constitute an abuse of the right of submission.
وتلاحظ اللجنة أنه وفقاً للمادة 96(ج) من النظام الداخلي للجنة، السارية على البلاغات التي تتلقاها اللجنة بعد 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2012، ينبغي للجنة التحقق من أن البلاغ لا يمثل إساءة استخدام للحق في تقديم البلاغات.
