58. The Security Council may therefore wish to reiterate its urgent call to the Bosnian Serb leadership to authorize immediate and full access to persons displaced from Srebrenica and Zepa who are within the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under its control.
٥٨ - ولذا فقد يرغب مجلس اﻷمن في أن يعيد تأكيد نداءه العاجل الى قيادة الصرب البوسنيين لكي تأذن بالوصول الفوري والكامل الى المشردين من سربرينيتسا وجيبا الموجودين في مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة الصرب البوسنيين.

(c) By resolution 942 (1994), the Security Council strengthened and extended the measures imposed by its earlier relevant resolutions with regard to those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces.
)ج( وفي القرار ٩٤٢ )١٩٩٤(، عزز مجلس اﻷمن التدابير المفروضة بموجب قراراته السابقة ذات الصلة ووسع نطاقها فيما يخص مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة القوات الصربية البوسنية.

Thus, any conclusion that the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) was continuing to meet its commitment to close its border with the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the Bosnian Serb forces was premature and unfounded.
٦١ - وهكذا فإن أي استنتاج مفاده أن حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( ما برحت تفي بالتزامها بإغلاق حدودها مع مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة قوات الصربيين البوسنيين، هو استنتاج سابق ﻷوانه ولا يقوم على أساس.

(a) the members of the authorities, including legislative authorities, in those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces and officers of the Bosnian Serb military and paramilitary forces, and those acting on behalf of such authorities or forces;

٥ - لا يزال التشريع الذي أصدرته سلطات جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( بإغلاق الحدود بين جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية ومناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة قوات صرب البوسنة ساريا.

The Mission played the crucial role of observing the closure of the border between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces in order to verify that only humanitarian shipments, as specified in Security Council resolution 943 (1994) and other relevant resolutions, were allowed to pass.
