Accordingly, the Board is of the opinion that the financial statements of the United Nations peacekeeping operations for the financial period ended 30 June 2000 is understated by an amount of approximately $39.9 million in respect of both expenditure and consequently, liabilities, since valid expenditures were incurred during the current period.
15 - ومن ثم فإن المجلس يرى أن البيانات المالية لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام للفترة المالية المنتهية في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2000 تقل عن الحقيقة بمبلغ يقارب 39.9 مليون دولار فيما يتعلق بالنفقات ومن ثم بالخصوم، حيث أنه قد تُكبدت بهذا المبلغ نفقات صحيحة خلال الفترة الجارية.
