(l) Fulfilment of the mandates given to the Secretariat for giving appropriate assistance, according to the resolutions and decisions of the General Assembly, the Economic and Social Council and the Commission on Human Rights, to treaty bodies, intergovernmental and expert bodies, as well as the existing relevant voluntary trust funds;

Requests the Secretary-General to establish as an interim measure a voluntary trust fund for the purpose of defraying the cost of participation of the members of the Legal and Technical Commission from developing countries and the members of the Finance Committee from developing countries in the meetings of the Commission and of the Committee, and invites members of the Authority and others to make contributions to the fund;
12 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن ينشئ (كتدبير مؤقت) صندوق التبرعات الاستئمانية بغرض تسديد تكلفة اشتراك أعضاء اللجنة القانونية والتقنية من البلدان النامية وأعضاء لجنة المالية من البلدان النامية في اجتماعات اللجنة القانونية والتقنية ولحنة المالية، وتدعو أعضاء السلطة وغيرهم إلى تقديم مساهمات إلى الصندوق؛

34. The General Assembly would urge Member States, international financial institutions, donor agencies, intergovernmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and natural and juridical persons to make financial contributions to the voluntary trust funds established pursuant to paragraph 183 of General Assembly resolution 64/71 and to make other contributions to the regular process.
