One delegate pointed out that FDI should supplement the role of domestic investments and developing human capital in Africa was vital for this, along with developing appropriate financial institutions, boosting intra-Africa trade, improving public - private dialogue, building adequate infrastructure such as transport and energy and improving overall governance.
32- وأشار أحد المندوبين إلى ضرورة أن يكمّل الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الدور الذي تؤديه الاستثمارات المحلية، وإلى أن تنمية رأس المال البشري في أفريقيا تعد عنصراً هاماً لتحقيق ذلك، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء المؤسسات المالية المناسبة وتشجيع التجارة داخل أفريقيا وتعزيز سبل الحوار بين القطاعين العام والخاص وإقامة هياكل أساسية ملائمة مثل شبكات النقل والإمداد بالطاقة وتحسين الإدارة الرشيدة بصورة شاملة.
