وفي نهاية الفقرة 3 أضيفت عبارة " مع التسليم بأن الفريق العامل له أن يعقد دورات سنوية لفترة خمسة أيام عمل وأن يقدم تقاريره إلى المجلس " ، ومن ثم أعيدت الصيغة التي اتفقت عليها اللجنة عام 2011.
