UNEP, with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, is working on a tool for the development of national legislation on access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters.

It contains the draft guidelines for development of national legislation on access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters, and suggests that the Council/Forum should adopt these guidelines.

وإذ يلاحظ مع التقدير أيضاً نتائج الاجتماع الحكومي الدولي لاستعراض وزيادة تطوير مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن وضع التشريعات الوطنية المتعلقة بالحصول على المعلومات والمشاركة العامة والوصول إلى العدالة في القضايا البيئية، المعقود في نيروبي يومي 12 و 13 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009،

Adopts the guidelines for the development of national legislation on access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters, as set out in the annex to the present decision, noting that these guidelines are voluntary;
1 - يعتمد المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن وضع التشريعات الوطنية المتعلقة بالحصول على المعلومات والمشاركة العامة والوصول إلى العدالة في القضايا البيئية، على النحو المعروض في مرفق هذا المقرر مع ملاحظة أن هذه المبادئ التوجيهية طوعية؛

Lastly, the Council took note of the draft guidelines for the development of national legislation on access to information, public participation and access to justice in environmental matters and requested the secretariat to carry out further work on them with a view to their adoption by the Governing Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum at its next special session.
وأخيراً أخذ المجلس علماً بمشروع المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن وضع التشريعات الوطنية المتعلقة بالحصول على المعلومات والمشاركة العامة، والوصول إلى العدالة في القضايا البيئية. وطلب من الأمانة أن تواصل العمل في صياغة هذه المبادئ بغرض اعتمادها في مجلس الإدارة/المنتدى البيئي الوزاري العالمي في دورته الاستثنائية التالية.
