(b) To foster, in line with national needs and priorities, transfer of know-how, technology transfer on mutually agreed terms, including manufacturing capabilities in the fields of energy efficiency in industrial processes and renewable energies for industrial application and uses particularly in developing countries;
(ب) أن يشجِّع نقل الدراية، ونقل التكنولوجيا وفقاً لشروط متَّفق عليها، بما يشمل القدرات التصنيعية في ميادين كفاءة استخدام الطاقة في العمليات الصناعية والطاقات المتجددة لأغراض التطبيقات والاستخدامات الصناعية ولا سيما في البلدان النامية، وذلك وفقا للاحتياجات والأولويات الوطنية؛

Ms. Mabitje-Thompson (South Africa) proposed that operative paragraph (b) be amended to read " To foster, in line with national needs and priorities, transfer of know-how and production of adequate technologies in the field of energy efficiency in industrial processes and renewable energies for industrial application and uses, particularly in developing countries " .
56- السيدة مابيتجي-طومسون (جنوب أفريقيا): اقترحت تعديل الفقرة (ب) من المنطوق على النحو التالي: " أن يشجِّع نقل الدراية وإنتاج التكنولوجيات الملائمة، وفقاً للاحتياجات والأولويات الوطنية، في ميدان كفاءة استخدام الطاقة في العمليات الصناعية والطاقات المتجدِّدة لأغراض التطبيقات والاستخدامات الصناعية، وخصوصاً في البلدان النامية " .

Operative paragraph (b) would be amended to read: " To foster, in line with national needs and priorities, transfer of know-how, technology transfer on mutually agreed terms, including manufacturing capabilities in the fields of energy efficiency in industrial processes and renewable energies for industrial application and uses particularly in developing countries " .
فالفقرة (ب) من المنطوق ستُعدَّل ليصبح نصها كما يلي: " أن يشجِّع نقل الدراية، ونقل التكنولوجيا وفقاً لشروط متَّفق عليها، بما يشمل القدرات التصنيعية في ميادين كفاءة استخدام الطاقة في العمليات الصناعية والطاقات المتجدِّدة لأغراض التطبيقات والاستخدامات الصناعية ولا سيما في البلدان النامية، وذلك وفقاً للاحتياجات والأولويات الوطنية " .
