Besides to the NUEW campaign, various government institutions, but mainly the ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Labour and Human Welfare (MOLHW) and Ministry of Health, to make the provisions of the Conventions widely known, have had various awareness raising educational programmes directed at changing the stereotyped attitudes and to the rights of women.
14 - وبالإضافة إلى حملة الاتحاد الوطني للمرأة الإريترية، اضطلعت شتى المؤسسات الحكومية، ولكن أساسا وزارة التعليم، ووزارة العمل والرعاية الإنسانية، ووزارة الصحة، بغية التعريف بأحكام الاتفاقية على نطاق واسع، ببرامج تثقيفية شتى لإذكاء الوعي تستهدف تغيير المواقف النمطية وحقوق المرأة.

16. In line with article 9, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol, the State party should make the provisions of the Optional Protocol widely known, including to children and their families and communities, through, in particular, the school curricula and long-term awareness-raising measures, and in a child-friendly manner.
16- تمشياً مع الفقرة 2 من المادة 9 من البروتوكول الاختياري، ينبغي أن تكفل الدولة الطرف التعريف بأحكام البروتوكول الاختياري على نطاق واسع، بما في ذلك بين الأطفال وأسرهم ومجتمعاتهم المحلية، وذلك بالتحديد من خلال المناهج المدرسية وتدابير زيادة الوعي في الأجل الطويل بطريقة ميسَّرة للأطفال.
