15- تحث أيضاً جميع الدول الأطراف على أن تمتثل بدقة لالتزاماتها بمقتضى المادة 19 من الاتفاقية، بما فيها التزاماتها بتقديم التقارير، وتحث بوجه خاص الدول الأطراف التي تأخرت تقاريرها تأخراً كبيراً عن موعدها على تقديم هذه التقارير فوراً، كما تدعو الدول الأطراف إلى تضمين التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة معلومات من منظور نوع الجنس ومعلومات عن الأطفال والأحداث؛

4. The Committee calls upon States parties to ensure that the mandates accorded to all national human rights institutions include appropriate attention to economic, social and cultural rights and requests States parties to include details of both the mandates and the principal relevant activities of such institutions in their reports submitted to the Committee.
4- وتدعو اللجنة الدول الأطراف إلى العمل على أن تشمل الولايات الممنوحة لكافة مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان اهتماما مناسبا بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وتطلب إلى الدول الأطراف أن تضمّن التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة تفاصيل بشأن كل من ولايات هذه المؤسسات وأنشطتها الرئيسية ذات الصلة.

The States parties to the present protocol shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, in accordance with article 44 of the Convention, information on the measures that they have adopted to give effect to the present Protocol.

16. Invites the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to give attention to the issue of access to medication in the context of pandemics such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, and invites States to include appropriate information thereon in the reports they submit to the Committee.
16 - تدعو اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية إلى الاهتمام بمسألة إمكانية الحصول على الأدوية في حالة تفشي أوبئة مثل فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/ متلازمة نقص المناعة المكتسب (الإيدز) والسل والملاريا، وتدعو الدول إلى تضمين التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة المعلومات المناسبة عن ذلك.
