(أ) إبلاغ اللجنة، في ضوء المادة 44 من الاتفاقية، بالتقدم المحرز في مجال تمتع الأطفال بحقوق الإنسان، وبالعوامل والصعوبات التي تؤثر على درجة الوفاء بالالتزامات بموجب الاتفاقية، وبالتدابير التي تم اتخاذها لتنفيذ الملاحظات الختامية التي اعتمدتها اللجنة بخصوص التقرير السابق للدولة الطرف وما تلاها من حوار، وذلك بالإشارة صراحة إلى تلك التدابير؛

552. At its 1060th meeting, on 12 August 1994 (CERD/C/SR.1060), the Committee examined the implementation of the Convention by Chad on the basis of the previous report of the State party (CERD/C/114/Add.2) and its consideration by the Committee (CERD/C/SR.838).

6. The Committee welcomes efforts by the State party to implement the Committee's concluding observations on the previous report of the State party (CRC/C/15/Add.191) and on the initial report under the Optional Protocol on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography (CRC/C/OPSC/UKR/CO/1) which have yielded positive results.
6- ترحب اللجنة بالجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لتنفيذ الملاحظات الختامية للجنة على التقرير السابق للدولة (CRC/C/15/Add.191) وعلى تقريرها الأولي المقدم بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلق ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلالهم في المواد الإباحية (CRC/C/OPSC/UKR/CO/1)، والتي تمخضت عن نتائج إيجابية.
