Measures taken to increase efficiencies in preparing the documentation for the Commission include the consolidation of several reporting obligations in the annual report of the Executive Director on the activities of UNODC so that the report covers the activities of the Office with regard to both drug control and crime prevention and criminal justice.
10- وتشمل التدابيرُ المتخذة لزيادة الكفاءة في إعداد الوثائق للجنة الدمج بين عدّة التزامات إبلاغية بتقديم التقارير في التقرير السنوي للمدير التنفيذي عن أنشطة مكتب المخدِّرات والجريمة ليشمل التقرير أنشطة المكتب المتعلقة بمكافحة المخدِّرات ومنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية معاً.

There were three levels of interlinked assurance: (a) the annual report of the Executive Director on internal audit and oversight activities; (b) the report by the United Nations Board of Auditors; and (c) the assurance provided by the independent Audit Advisory Committee. (He noted that the Chair of the committee was currently present in the room).

Measures taken to increase efficiencies in preparing the documentation for the Commission have included the consolidation of reporting obligations related to drug control and crime prevention and criminal justice in the annual report of the Executive Director on the activities of UNODC so that the report covers the activities of the Office with regard to both drug control and crime prevention and criminal justice.
13- وتشمل التدابيرُ المتخذة لزيادة الكفاءة في إعداد الوثائق للجنة الدمج بين عدّة التزامات إبلاغية متصلة بمراقبة المخدِّرات ومنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في التقرير السنوي للمدير التنفيذي عن أنشطة مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة ليشمل التقرير أنشطة المكتب المتعلقة بمراقبة المخدِّرات ومنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية معاً.

During the operational segment of its agenda, a dialogue is held between Member States (donor, middle-income and recipient countries) and the United Nations International Drug Control Programme on priorities and policies, on the basis of the annual report of the Executive Director on the activities of the Programme and proposals for the budget of the Fund.
