a) To prepare and submit a report to the Conference of the Parties at its twelfth meeting on progress made in providing technical assistance and capacity-building and facilitating the transfer of environmentally sound technologies to parties, taking into account the information collected pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3 above;
(أ) أن تعد تقريراً وتقدمه إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثاني عشر عن التقدم المحرز على صعيد تقديم المساعدة التقنية وبناء القدرات وتيسير نقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئياً إلى الأطراف، آخذة في الاعتبار المعلومات المجموعة عملاً بالفقرتين 2 و3 أعلاه؛

Provide incentives to mobilize private capital and enhance and/or establish incentives at the national level, through the provision of financial support as appropriate with a view to promoting transfer and diffusion of environmentally sound technologies to developing country Parties;
