2. In pursuance of that request, the Secretary—General is transmitting to the Commission on Human Rights his note A/52/56, to which is annexed the final report of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission for Social Development on monitoring the implementation of the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities.
٢- واستجابة لذلك الطلب، يحيل اﻷمين العام الى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان مذكرته التي تحمل الرمز A/52/56، التي يرفق بها التقرير النهائي للمقرر الخاص للجنة التنمية الاجتماعية عن رصد تنفيذ القواعد الموحدة بشأن تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين.
