Action: The SBI may wish to prepare a consolidated draft decision on additional guidance to the GEF, covering items mentioned in paragraph 31 above, for adoption by the COP at its tenth session.
32- الإجراء: قد ترغب الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في إعداد مشروع مقرر موحد بشأن تقديم التوجيه الإضافي إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية، مع شمول البنود المذكورة في الفقرة 31 أعلاه، كي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته العاشرة.

Action: The SBI will be invited to prepare a consolidated draft decision on additional guidance to the GEF, relating to the actions mentioned above, for adoption by the COP at its eleventh session.

At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-2/7 noted the progress made by the Secretariat in developing the above-mentioned additional guidance and requested the Secretariat to complete a draft of the additional guidance for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting, provided that resources were made available for that activity.
4 - لاحظ مؤتمر الأطراف، في اجتماعه الثاني، في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/7، التقدم الذي أحرزته الأمانة في بلورة التوجيهات الإضافية المشار إليها أعلاه وطلب إلى الأمانة أن تكمل مشروع التوجيه الإضافي لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث، شريطة أن تكون الموارد متاحة لتنفيذ هذا النشاط.

3. Welcomes the report on the first review of the financial mechanism and notes its recommendations, the relevant ones of which are included, as appropriate, either in the present decision or in decision SC-2/11 on additional guidance to the financial mechanism;

7 - ونوه مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/7 بالتقدم الذي أحرزته الأمانة في وضع التوجيه الإضافي المشار إليه أعلاه وطلب من الأمانة استكمال مشروع التوجيه الإضافي، رهناً بتوافر الموارد، كي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث.

By decision SC-3/8, the Conference of the Parties also requested the Secretariat to complete the draft of the additional guidance called for in paragraph 5 of decision SC-1/12 for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting, provided that the resources needed to do so were made available.
11 - وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف أيضاً في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/8 من الأمانة، إكمال مشروع التوجيه الإضافي الذي دعت إليه الفقرة 5 من مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/12 لكي ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الرابع، رهناً بتوافر الموارد اللازمة للقيام بذلك.
