)أ( التشاور معا بين الحين واﻵخر بشأن المسائل التي تهــم المنظمتين فيمـا يتصــل بأحكام وشروط استخدام المسؤولين والموظفين فيهما، بهدف تحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من التوحيد في هذه المسائل؛

(a) To consult together from time to time concerning matters of mutual interest relating to the terms and conditions of employment of the officers and staff, with a view to securing as much uniformity in these matters as may be feasible;
(أ) التشاور معا بين الحين والحين بشأن المسائل ذات الأهمية المشتركة المتصلة بأحكام وشروط استخدام موظفيهما والعاملين فيهما بهدف تحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من التوحيد في هذه المسائل؛

5. The United Nations may, upon request of the International Tribunal, provide advice on financial and fiscal questions of interest to the International Tribunal with a view to achieving coordination and securing uniformity in such matters.
٥ - يجوز لﻷمم المتحدة، بناء على طلب المحكمة الدولية، تقديم المشورة بشأن المسائل المالية والضريبية ذات اﻷهمية بالنسبة للمحكمة الدولية، وذلك بغية تحقيق التنسيق وضمان التوحيد في هذه المسائل.

(أ) القيام بصفة دورية بالتشاور بشأن المسائل ذات الاهتمام المشترك المتصلة بتعيين المسؤولين والموظفين في كل منهما، بما في ذلك شروط الخدمة، ومدة التعيين، والتصنيف، وجدول المرتبات والبدلات، وحقوق التقاعد والمعاشات التقاعدية، والنظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين، وذلك بغية تحقيق أقصى قدر ممكن عمليا من التوحيد في هذه المسائل؛

(a) Consult periodically on matters of mutual interest relating to the employment of their officers and staff, including conditions of service, duration of appointments, classification, salary scale and allowances, retirement and pension rights and staff regulations and rules, with a view to securing as much uniformity in these matters as shall be found feasible;

6. The United Nations may, upon request of the Court and subject to paragraph 3 of this article, provide advice on financial and fiscal questions of interest to the Court with a view to achieving coordination and the securing of uniformity in such matters.
6 - يجوز للأمم المتحدة، بناء على طلب المحكمة ومع مراعاة الفقرة 3 من هذه المادة، أن تقدم إلى المحكمة مشورة بشأن المسائل المالية والضريبية التي تهمها بغية تحقيق التنسيق وضمان التوحيد في هذه المسائل().
