In the resolution, the General Assembly decided to defer consideration of post-related recosting for inflation and exchange rate projections to the first performance report on the budget for the biennium 2012-2013 in order to ensure the appropriation of post-related costs in line with actual expenditure experience.

In his report, the Secretary-General recalls the decision of the General Assembly, in paragraph 27 of its resolution 66/246, to defer consideration of post-related recosting for inflation and exchange rate projections to the first performance report on the budget in order to ensure appropriation of post-related costs in line with actual expenditure experience.

At its sixty-sixth session, the General Assembly decided to defer consideration of post-related recosting for inflation and exchange rate projections to the first performance report on the budget for the biennium 2012-2013, in order to ensure appropriation of post-related costs in line with actual expenditure experience (resolution 66/246).
في الدورة السادسة والستين، قررت الجمعية العامة تأجيل النظر في إعادة تقدير التكاليف المتعلقة بالوظائف للأخذ في الاعتبار التوقعات المتعلقة بمعدلات التضخم وأسعار الصرف إلى حين النظر في تقرير الأداء الأول عن ميزانية فترة السنتين 2012-2013 لضمان رصد الاعتمادات للتكاليف المتعلقة بالوظائف في ضوء النفقات الفعلية (القرار 66/246).

(b) By its resolution 66/246, the Assembly decided to defer consideration of post-related recosting for inflation and exchange rate projections for the biennium 2012-2013 to the first performance report on the budget for that biennium in order to ensure that the appropriation was in line with actual post-related expenditure;
(ب) وقضت الجمعية في قرارها 66/246 بتأجيل النظر في إعادة تقدير التكاليف المتعلقة بالوظائف للأخذ في الاعتبار التوقعات المتعلقة بمعدلات التضخم وأسعار الصرف إلى حين النظر في تقرير الأداء الأول عن ميزانية فترة السنتين 2012-2013، لضمان رصد الاعتمادات للتكاليف المتعلقة بالوظائف في ضوء النفقات الفعلية في هذا الشأن؛

(c) In section X of its resolution 67/246, the Assembly decided to further defer consideration of inflation and exchange rate projections for 2013 and adjustments to standard costs for the biennium 2012-2013 to the time of its consideration of the second performance report in order to ensure that the appropriation was in line with actual post-related expenditure.
(ج) وقضت الجمعية العامة في الجزء العاشر من قرارها 67/246 بإرجاء النظر مرة أخرى في التوقعات المتعلقة بمعدلات التضخم وأسعار الصرف لعام 2013 والتسويات المتعلقة بالتكاليف القياسية لفترة السنتين 2012-2013 إلى حين نظرها في تقرير الأداء الثاني للميزانية البرنامجية لكفالة اتساق الاعتمادات مع النفقات الفعلية المتعلقة بالوظائف.
