The Council demands a stop to all attacks and an immediate cessation of the hostilities and bombardments, which endanger peace and security in the region, and an immediate, complete and unconditional withdrawal of occupying forces from the area of Fizuli, and from the districts of Kelbadjar and Agdam and other recently occupied areas of the Azerbaijani Republic.
ويطالب المجلس بوقف لجميع الاعتداءات وبوقف فوري لﻷعمال العدائية وعمليات القصف التي تعرض السلم واﻷمن في المنطقة للخطر، وبالانسحاب الفوري الكامل وغير المشروط لقوات الاحتلال من منطقة فيزولي، ومن مقاطعتي كلباجار وأغدام والمناطق اﻷخرى التي احتلت مؤخرا من جمهورية أذربيجان.

5. Calls for the immediate implementation of the reciprocal and urgent steps provided for in the CSCE Minsk Group's " Adjusted timetable " , including the withdrawal of forces from recently occupied territories and the removal of all obstacles to communications and transportation;
٥ - يدعو الى التنفيذ الفوري للخطوات المتبادلة والعاجلة المنصوص عليها في الجدول الزمني المعدل لفريق مينسك التابع لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا، بما في ذلك انسحاب القوات من اﻷراضي التي احتلت مؤخرا وإزالة جميع العقبات التي تعترض الاتصالات والنقل؛

I have the honour to inform you that the leaders of the Azerbaijani Republic and the entire Azerbaijani people are anxiously waiting for the adoption by the Security Council of the United Nations of a resolution condemning the aggression of the Republic of Armenia against Azerbaijan and demanding the withdrawal of Armenian armed formations from the recently occupied territories of my country.
يشرفني ابلاغكم بأن قادة الجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية وكافة الشعب اﻷذربيجاني ينتظرون بقلق اعتماد مجلس اﻷمن التابع لﻷمم المتحدة لقرار يدين فيه عدوان جمهورية أرمينيا على أذربيجان ويطلب فيه انسحاب التشكيلات المسلحة اﻷرمينية من أراضي بلدي التي احتلت مؤخرا.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that Azerbaijan continues to adhere to and reconfirms its commitment to conflict resolution by peaceful means and requests that the international community, through the United Nations, condemn the Armenian aggression and demand the immediate withdrawal of Armenian forces from recently occupied Azerbaijani territories.
وتصرح وزارة الخارجية بأن أذربيجان ما زالت تؤيد حل النزاعات بالوسائل السلمية وتؤكد من جديد التزامها بذلك وتطلب أن يدين المجتمع الدولي، عن طريق اﻷمم المتحدة، العدوان اﻷرمني وتطالب بالانسحاب الفوري للقوات اﻷرمنية من اﻷراضي اﻷذربيجانية التي احتلت مؤخرا.

In all cases, the Azerbaijani side made the liberation of the recently occupied Azerbaijani territories and the return to the status quo as of 25 March 1993 a condition for continuing the talks within the framework of the Minsk Group of CSCE.
وفي جميع الحالات، جعل الجانب اﻷذربيجاني تحرير اﻷراضي اﻷذربيجانية التي احتلت مؤخرا وعودة الوضع الذي كان قائما في ٥٢ آذار/مارس ٣٩٩١ شرطا لمواصلة المحادثات ضمن إطار مجموعة مينسك التابعة لمؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا.

The Security Council then condemned, in Resolution 853 (adopted on 29 July 1993), " the seizure of the district of Agdam and of all other recently occupied areas of the Azerbaijani Republic " .
ثم أدان مجلس الأمن في قراره 853 (المتخذ في 29 تموز/يوليه 1993) " الاستيلاء على منطقة أغدام وعلى جميع المناطق الأخرى التي احتلت مؤخرا في الجمهورية الأذربيجانية " ().

Thus the Armenian side is completely ignoring implementation of Security Council resolution 853 (1993), which demands " the immediate cessation of all hostilities and the immediate, complete and unconditional withdrawal of the occupying forces involved from the district of Agdam and all other recently occupied areas of the Azerbaijani Republic " .
وعلى هذا فإن الجانب اﻷرميني يتجاهل كل التجاهل تنفيذ قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٨٥٣ الذي يطالب " بالوقف الفوري لجميع اﻷعمال العدائية وانسحاب قوات الاحتلال المعنية انسحابا فوريا وكاملا وغير مشروط من منطقة أقدام ومن جميع المناطق اﻷخرى التي احتلت مؤخرا في الجمهورية اﻷذربيجانية " .
