9 - تؤكد الضرورة الماسة لأن توثق الأمم المتحدة والاتحاد الأفريقي التعاون بينهما ووضع برامج محددة ترمي إلى معالجة المشاكل المتعلقة بالألغام الأرضية والاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة الصغيرة والأسلحة الخفيفة والجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية، ولا سيما الاتجار بالأشخاص والمخدرات، في إطار الإعلانات والقرارات التي اعتمدتها المنظمتان في هذا الشأن؛
