For all of these war crimes, acts of State terrorism and systematic human rights violations committed against the Palestinian people, Israel, the occupying Power, must be held accountable and the perpetrators must be brought to justice.

In this regard, we call on the United Nations Security Council to take specific measures to condemn the criminal act and to ensure the cessation by Israel, the occupying Power, of extrajudicial executions and other illegal policies and practices being committed against the Palestinian people.
وفي هذا الصدد، نناشد مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة أن يتخذ تدابير محددة لإدانة هذا العمل الإجرامي والعمل على أن تضع إسرائيل، سلطة الاحتلال، حدا لعمليات الإعدام خارج نطاق القانون وغيرها من السياسات والممارسات غير القانونية التي ترتكبها ضد الشعب الفلسطيني.

The occupying Power must be held accountable for this war crime and for all other war crimes and atrocities committed against the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
لذا ينبغي أن تتحمل السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال المسؤولية عن جريمة الحرب هذه وعن جميع جرائم الحرب والفظائع الأخرى التي ترتكبها ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.
